Stay Strong and Swift
Take Satan seriously but never fear him.
Few people take Satan seriously, because he’s the funny guy in the red suit with the horns and a pitchfork, cracking jokes and overacting. Or he’s the sinister bad guy, kind of scary but not so tough that a single Hollywood superhero can’t defeat him in the course of a movie.
What if Satan’s image was more like a lion? Not so bad, you say? Consider this. On the outside, Satan is an impressive looking creature, able to disguise himself as some kind of king. In reality, he’s an opportunist, and a sadistic one at that. Just like the lion, Satan’s main objective is to attack the weak and the stragglers in the herd. You’ll never see the kind of the jungle go after the strong and the swift, and neither will Satan. He preys on the weak and the slow. To keep Satan off your back, stay strong and swift in the Lord.
